The students of the department join in any existing university organizations, as well as the following academic organizations formed by Chemistry and Management of Applied Chemistry students:

Ateneo Chemical Society (ACheS)

Management of Applied Chemistry Association (MACA)

These organizations have yearly programs that include, among other things, the 'buddy system' for incoming first year majors, as co-organizer with the Ateneo Science Guild of the high school quiz competition called Aghamon.

They also co-organize or participate in activities sponsored by the Philippine Association of Chemistry Students (PACS).
