  • Recent Events: The 2nd RevUp Workshop for reviews and updates in the field of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry for High School Teachers was held on September 30, 2005, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Antonio Garcia Hall (Rm 222) of the University of the Philippines-Manila College of Medicine, Calderon Hall, UP Manila campus.

     

    The 2nd RevUp was part of the centennial celebration activities of the College of Medicine of UP Manila.

  • The 31st Annual Convention was held in December 2004!

    Papers presented at the Convention are eligible for publication in Bioscience Reports courtesy of Dr. Charles A. Pasternak, its editor. Electronic copies of the oral and poster papers should be submitted to Dr. Gloria Bernas, PSBMB President and Assistant to the Rector, Office for Research and Development, University of Santo Tomas by 31 January 2005. The PSBMB has been a member of the Federation of Asian and Oceanian Biochemists and Molecular Biologists (FAOBMB; formerly FAOB) since 1973, and is an associate member of the International Union of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (IUBMB; formerly IUB).
